The artwork is a digital collage of original photographs shot by me in Madeira in 2020.

It is part of a photographic project aimed at telling places and sensations. Sometimes the storytelling is about symbolic places, other times about locations that just leave you breathless.

This piece is about secret places.

Madeira is astonishing. Funchal decadent architecture exudes a timeless charm while behind it nature explodes without lines. Gardens everywhere. Colors. Perfumes. An inebriating, fragile balance.  

This artwork received an HONORABLE MENTION in IPA 2022.
