Born in Antwerp in the Eighties, Franco Smith is a travel passionate photographer. His works is based on digital collages of original photographs shot by him all around the world combining together to create a photographic storytelling. A sort of narration through images, without dialogue, based on compositions with a strong visual impact. You will see symbolic places, architecture, people and nature connected to each other by Franco Smith's creativity... Enjoy!

THE BRAND NEW BORN!
This piece is about contrasts.
The focus of the photographic storytelling moves between the oil industry, renewable energy, Brutalism and the color green, as the predominant tone in the northern part of Norway. The landscape is marked by nuances that continually refer to the uncontaminated and vast nature of the Norwegian territory, interspersed by towns where industrial structures have a strong brutalist flavor and they are often linked to fishing. I wanted to bring this visual impact back to the contrast that this country is experiencing, which has shown itself to be sensitive to the green transition, while playing the role of the largest oil producer in Europe.
Enjoy!!!
